Cryo Pod Tapes

One of the few podcasts dedicated to creating Enveloping Sci-Fi Horror and Cosmic Horror Audio Productions. Cryo Pod Tapes is an Award Nominated Cosmic Horror Anthology podcast that takes original Sci-fi Horror and Cosmic Horror short stories, submitted by writers and authors from all over the world, and turn them into captivating, professionally produced Mini Audio Dramatizations. With the goal of bringing together the creative talents of the unheard, while creating an unforgettable and enjoyable immersive audio experience. Using a rich palate of compelling narration and story tailored sound design and music provided by audio producer and UK One Voice and Vox Award Voiceover nominee, Ted Huggins, as well as featuring many other professional VA's. We also release bonus interview episodes with the Authors and Voice Talent who feature and perform on the podcast, and listen to their unique and colourful creative journeys.

Ted Huggins

Ted Huggins is an audio producer, award nominated voiceover artist, podcast producer and sound designer with a background in studio recording and acting in theatre with a combined total of over 10 years experience. Ted is a huge fan of the Sci-fi and Cosmic Horror genre which have played a big part for the inspiration behind Cryo Pod Tapes, as well as give the chance to bring his skills as an audio producer to use and create highly detailed and engaging horror soundscapes using a combination of sound and voice, with the idea of creating an anthology podcast dedicated specifically to Sci-Fi Horror. He provides the narration, sound design, the occasional original music as well as his skills as a producer and also invites his fellow voice actor friends to star in his episodes, some of whom are award winning voice artists themselves. Ted Huggins was nominated for UK Voice Newcomer of The Year at the 2023 One Voice Awards for his voice performance featured on Cryo Pod Tapes.
